We will leave from the high school on Thursday morning, 24 March at 7:00 A.M. via chartered bus and travel to Atlanta, Ga. We will stay at a hotel in that area.

The cost for the trip is $200.00 per cadet, if they participated in the fundraiser or $300.00 per cadet if they did not. In addition, each cadet should be prepared to pay for lunch/dinner meals and mall expenditures at your discretion. We will have an adequate number of chaperones to accompany the cadets.
We will need a commitment and partial payment of $75.00 ($150.00 for non-fundraiser participants), which will be a non-refundable payment, no later than 1 March to reserve a seat for your cadet. Only 40 seats are available. Payment in full will be required by 15 March. These payments combined should equal $200.00 ($300.00 for non-fundraiser participants), which is the cost of the trip.
Parents, your cadet will be required to have pages 2-4 of Off Campus Field Trip/Parental Authorization and Release Form notarized and returned prior to March 15, 2016. Click on the link to download and print form.
Each cadet will be required to wear a “blue” NJROTC t-shirt on the second day during the college visit. On day three, the “orange”. Both t-shirts can be purchased from us (NOTE: If your cadet’s t-shirts are in bad condition, they need to purchase another one). T-shirts cost $10.00 each.
We will be staying at the Country Inn & Suites Downtown South Atl Turner Field, 759 Pollard Blvd. SW Atlanta, GA 30315.
