Top Cadets are chosen to attend a week’s worth of training that is both physically and mentally challenging. Through the camp, cadets earn their silver leadership cord and how to lead their fellow cadets in the unit and be a role model in society. Cadets must attend Basic Leadership Training before attending Leadership Academy.
