Cadets will need to dressed in appropriate attire which includes their orange t-shirt, go fasters (closed toed shoes), and school appropriate running shorts/pants. The PFT includes one minute push ups, sit ups, and a mile run and standards can be found in the cadets reference manuals. This PFT will be given in the cadets’ NJROTC class period. If the cadet has a PFT ribbon, is interested in attending a leadership camp over the summer, or interested in a top staff position, this PFT is MANDATORY.
