The cost of the trip is $250 per cadet,if they participated in the fundraiser or $400 if they did not. in addition,each cadet should be prepared to pay for lunch/dinner meals and mall expenditures at your discretion. We will have an adequate number of chaperones.
We will need a commitment and partial payment of $150 ($200 for non-fundraiser participants),which will be a non-refundable payment,no later than 1 March to reserve a seat for your cadet.Only 40 seats are available. Payment in full will be required by 15 March. These payments combined should equal $250 ($400 for non-fundraiser participants).
Parents your cadet will be required to have the attached “Off Campus Field Trip/Parental Authorization and Release Form” notarized and returned prior to 15 March. Each cadet will be required to wear a Blue NJROTC t-shirt on the second day during the college visit. on day three,the Orange NJROTC t-shirt will be worn at the park. t-shirts are $10 each.
We will be staying at the Comfort Suites Downtown, 2416 N. Orange Ave,Orlando FL 32804. Call the hotel ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. if you need to contact your cadet, call their personal cellphone.
ITINERARY
We will leave from the high school on Wednesday,Morning, 20 March at 0700 via chartered bus and travel to Orlando,FL where we will stay at a hotel in the area.

6:00 AM: Meet at Escambia High School
7:00 AM: Depart Escambia High School via Charter Bus
12:00 PM: Check into Hotel
2:00 PM: Depart for Mall
4:00 PM: Depart Mall for Dinner
5:30 PM: Depart for Hotel
6:30 PM: Arrive at Hotel

8:00 AM: Wake Up and Breakfast
9:30 AM: Depart for University of Central Florida
11:00 AM: Lunch at College
